Two employees showed up from Swan. Miguel and Seth were both on time, very polite, professional, and very through. Explained everything about my plumbing and A/C system to me in detail. Showed me areas of concern and contacted SWAN to have experts in these areas set up an appointment to come and give estimates. Great job. Awesome customer service - 5 stars for BOTH!

We had a difficult HVAC problem to solve for our 70 year old house. We struggled to properly heat/cool our upstairs. We brought in 5 highly rated HVAC contractors to diagnose the problem and offer a solution. They were all very competent but Swan stood head and shoulders above the rest. Brandon was outstanding. He considered and quoted a broad variety of solutions and helped us select the best value for money approach. They then provided the solution on time and on budget. Their workmanship was excellent and their price was fair. We also subsequently called them for a service call and they came out promptly and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Again, at a very fair price. I highly recommend them!
