Want to just do a shout out regarding our first repairmen who came out and reviewed the status of our older furnace…I was going for just a fix it job and try and get a few more years out of it but your repairman Kurt Vasquez listened and helped me evaluate the serious issues and where I might save…His friendly, calming and honest demeanor made us realize perhaps we’d be better off rethinking our spending considerations…Decided Ithinking for the future rather than saving now but having potential issues was a better way to go…Kurt’s agreeable and sensible thinking directed us to the right choice and then we still found a couple ways to save $$$ while going ahead and replacing everything. The boys are coming mañana to pull out and redo my entire system…no shaming or hard selling involved here…(which I hate!!)! Kurt, your repairman, shared some great thoughts in my coming around and spending today for a total package.Kurt’s suggestions: “Look at it as if it was for your Mother or your Grandmother and you don’t want them having to deal with any headaches or breakdowns or freezes in unexpected cold weather”…Well, after looking at it that way, we’re decided to order it today….do the right thing early and do it now…soend today and be smart! Kurt’s a good guy and you’re lucky to have him…it was great having him help us work thru this…My advice: Raises all around…whatdayasay!??? !😎🎩👍
