After 20 years in our home it was time for a new HVAC system. We had worked with Swan on our old system and liked the quality of their service and professionalism. Micah came to our home twice to prepare an estimate and was very thorough and attentive when we explained what we wanted. His detailed estimate included several sources for rebates which brought the system into our budget. Zach, Austin, and Max worked two full days to rip out the old system and install a new Lennox fully communicating heat pump system with 90% gas furnace, humidifier, and all new (and far more efficient) ducts. (And they were gracious about spending hours in our tiny dusty crawl space and hot attic wrestling with the old ducts! 🙏🏼) They were always prompt, professional, and respectful of our home. All Swan employees are clearly experienced and knowledgeable. We learned a lot from them in two days! They took time to train us on the new automated thermostat and provided a thorough walkthrough at the end of installation. We can now operate our system from a phone app - even when we are traveling - really convenient. They explained how the system would be inspected and assured us they would be available to answer any questions we may have as we adjust to our new system. We are VERY impressed with Swan overall, and have no hesitation giving them 5 stars.
