1 If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Precision Tune-up and Professional Cleaning has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per 6-month season. Furnace only memberships are limited to 1 Furnace Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning per year. Benefit must be redeemed before the end of each applicable season (summer and winter).
2 If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Whole Home Plumbing Maintenance has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Whole Home Plumbing Maintenance per year. Tanked water heater flushes are performed based on equipment condition, which will be determined at the time of the appointment. Hair and debris removal within 1-foot, rooter service additional cost if drain is clogged beyond 1-foot.
3 If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Electrical Safety Maintenance has no monetary value. Limited to 1 Electrical Safety Maintenance per year.
