The technicians that installed it Lane and Collin were very knowledgeable and very professional installed it very quickly and did a very clean job also were very personable answered all our questions. Andrew Hinshaw was at my home on 13 May for my annual AC inspection. Yes, everything was in order, but he had many valuable suggestions. Thank you, Andrew! Being proactive, I wanted to follow through on those improvements. Today Graham and Bryce were here to install an inline descaler filtration system on my tankless hot water heater. They are both knowledgeable and efficient. Also, later today Jack was here to complete the suggested changes in my HVAC system. He installed an AprilAire Air Cleaner on my Amana furnace, a compressor saver kit on my Amana AC, and surge protectors on both units. Jack is very skilled in his trade. All four of these Swan representatives were pleasant and congenial, always patient in answering my questions. I highly recommend Swan in Loveland!
