The guys from swan are awesome(Seth, Pierre, Richard and Dakota). They all treated me with respect and kindness and all of them did a wonderful job maintaining and repairing the items I needed done. I have been a member of this company for approximately 10 years and have never been dissatisfied with them. I would recommend Swan to anyone. I used Swan for a water heater flush. The dispatcher scheduled a visit that worked around my schedule and Nathan the tech showed up exactly on time. Nathan put shoe covers on which I greatly appreciated. Nathan performed the water hearer flush as well as a full-home water/plumbing inspection. The service was thourough and Nathan wasted no time. I plan to use Swan for future maintenance items
